Christmas 2008

Our Dear Friends, Once again it is our privilege to wish you a very happy Christmas and a truly blessed New Year. Time and time again people have said “How time flies!” Yes it does seem that way.

We have been extremely busy since we last wrote in August and space will not permit a detailed account. Our Month long visit to New Vision Ministries in Marsh Harbour was a delightful experience which left us with many happy memories. There were sad times when we were able to minister to those who were hurting. We thank God for His goodness and the love and care shown by the people of Marsh Harbour.

The GOM European conference was an outstanding experience and exciting to hear stories of what God is doing, especially in sensitive areas of the world. The music was uplifting and the Bible ministry stimulating. We thank God for the leadership in GOM.

We have been keeping very busy here at home with many meetings and we humbly say a good measure of blessing. David was privileged and delighted to speak at the Chapel service at Moorlands Bible College and really enjoyed lunch time fellowship with staff and students. Over recent years both of us have greatly benefited from the ministry of the Principal Dr Steve Brady.

As well as our own meetings we are greatly looking forward to the Devon Bible Teaching Conference and the ministry of Derek Bingham.

Our dear friends at Spanish Wells, Eleuthera, Bahamas have invited us to minister there again in May and in August we plan to be with the Community Church at Green Turtle Cay, Abaco, Bahamas.

Of course, crossing the Atlantic gives us an opportunity to see Matthew, Wendy and Benjamin and next year DV, our third Grandchild due at the end of March!

Rachel, Tristan and William are fine and thankfully a little nearer home!

We trust that this short letter finds you in good health. We appreciate your interest in our family and ministry and especially thank you for your prayers. As we write, we are busy with meetings and Kathryn preparation for the Christian Endeavour presentation, ‘Candy Cane Christmas’ and David, three charity concerts with the Culm Valley Crusade Choir.

God bless you.
Yours as always in His glad service,

David and Kathryn.
